                Lastly, talk to the family. You should know about your friend that you are buying the gift for, but asking his or her parents’ opinions would not hurt. They know their son or daughter too. If you do not know the person you are giving a gift to, then your best option would probably be to ask his or her parents. They could give useful information like what band they are into at the current moment.
