Ringling bros circus is closing

The famous circus The Ringling Bros is closing after 100 years in operation. Another factor that affected the closing of the circus was animal rights group closing in on the treatment of its many performing animals such as the elephants, tigers, lions and tiger cubs. Such treatment included making the tigers jump through fire hoops In the wild they are terrified of fires and they would make elephants stand on each other. These are tricks none of these animals would know if it were not through abuse. Many of the animals on the road live in poor conditions. They must sit through their feces while traveling through the shows, and they live in cramped cages. In my opinion the show has gone on to long and it is a good thing the show is closing permanently.
