Are coloring book just for kids? In this case there are adult coloring book that are more complex and have been a growing trend for a diversity of people. Whether you can draw or not, a coloring book can work for you. Currently at the library there is a shelf full of coloring books that are available to the students to use.

Senior Kristine (Krissy) Haynes described why she likes coloring books more than free hand drawing. She said, ”I [am terrible] at drawing!!!”

Both Haynes and senior Kelsey Logan concur that colored pencils are the superior tool to color within the elaborate designs of both kids and adult coloring books. 

Logan also admitted that she uses coloring as “a stress reliever.”
