Klay Alexander Thompson is an American professional basketball player who was drafted in 2011 by the Golden State Warriors. His current position on the team is shooting guard. Klay has played basketball since high school and played three seasons during his attendance at Washington State University. Since joining the Warriors, Klay has become an NBA All-Star and All-NBA Third Team honoree. He has also contributed to leading the team to winning the 2015 NBA Championship, their first championship win since 1975.
