At the Academy of Mount St. Ursula, there is a unique group of women who create musical sounds with their hands and feet.

They are called the Umoja Dare Step Team. The phrase "Umoja Dare" means unity and love. The motto of our team is "Sister United, Together We Step." Our group show the true meaning of this motto throughout our performances.  We combine our talents together to create the best routines.

This team helps to show the sisterhood and diverse cultures of the Academy of Mount St. Ursula.
