Let's start out in the NBA, the 17-20 Knicks took on the Pelicans  in Madison Square Garden but the Knicks ,yet again, lost a tough one 110-96.  Tonight in Brooklyn Nets will take on the Hawks in what should be a very lopsided affair.  In the NHL, the Devils took on the Panthers last night at the Rock, but the Devils  are in very weird slump and they lost 3-0.  I will have an opinion on what the Devils should do about this tomorrow.  Over to Columbus where  the Rangers took on a red hot Columbus Blue Jacket team but it was the Rangers who came out on top 5-4.  all local hockey teams are off tonight and that's almost a good thing for us Devils fans.  In MLB news, a couple days ago we saw Edwin Encarnación sign a deal with the Indians.  The Yankees GM, Brian Cashman, says the Yankees are done making any moves this offseason and says that he expects all the players who are signed now to be at camp in a couple of months.  There is also talks that the Dodgers and Twins are in the talks of a trade that might include Brian Dozier. In the NFL, the Patriots expect this Sunday's Divisional round game against the Texans to be a blowout.  My early predictions for the Super Bowl are the Falcons and Chiefs.  It would be a good one if they both make it. Finally in college football, t'was the last game of the 2016 college football season and it was all loud with the Bama crowd screaming loud and not Clemson fan insight until the 4th quarter where Clemson saw light with a last minute final drive!  The Clemson Tigers has the ball on the Bama 5 with 1 second left, and boom, a pass to Deshaun Watson ends the game.  Bama's title streak ends. and the Tigers are National Champions.
