Robin Williams was an accomplished actor and one of the most popular comedians of all time. Through his great talents and his quick thinking comedy, Williams was able to make anyone laugh whether they were a toddler or a senior citizen.
Robin Williams was born on July 21, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois. Williams attended Claremont Men`s college in Claremont, California to study political science. He dropped out to pursue acting in College of Marin later receiving a full scholarship to Julliard.
Williams started doing stand-up comedy in San Francisco Bay during the mid-seventies. During this time his career took off starring in many films such as Aladdin, Good Morning Vietnam, Patch Addams, Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, Flubber, Jumanji, Hook, Robots, Happy Feet 2, and Night at the Museum.
Robin Williams committed suicide August 11, 2014. It is speculated that he was suffering from dementia and severe depression at the time. Robin Williams continues to put smile on everyone's face and his comedic spirit still lives to this day.
