Standing in the park, looking a the Lake 

Being full of stars.

While she stares, the steps are heard,

Louder and louder as she closes her eyes. 

She was afraid so she thought about these stars,

Their color and their shape appeared in her mind,

When she allowed her mind to see the truth 

 She saw they were unique even though they were the same.

She thought about people and about herself.

Is it possible that we are all unique as well as the same?

The steps stopped and she opened her eyes  

Realizing the steps were only in her mind.

These were the steps of her thoughts that wanted her to know more about the world.
